Job Specification:

• Provide in-house and on-site field services for system and equipment installation, commissioning, repair and subsequent maintenance support for laboratory / clinical equipment
• Provide preventive maintenance and aftersales engineer service
• Support ad hoc project assigned by the company

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Engineering (Biomedical/ Electronic / Electrical / Mechanical)
• 1-year experience in field service support, fresh graduate will also be considered
• Experience in laboratory or clinical market is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills with customer service focus
• Positive attitude, proactive, good team player, responsible, able to work independently
• Good in both spoken & written English and Chinese
• Hardworking & willing to learn
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Service Engineer

• Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies for assigned brand to achieve business objectives and enhance consumer engagement
• Perform sales and marketing activities to facilitate business development and achieve sales target
• Conduct market research and analyze market trend for management review and strategies development
• Support in CRM execution to maintain customer satisfaction and build up customer loyalty
• Liaise and communicate with the Principal to execute promotional events
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements:  

• Degree holder in Biochemistry/Biology/ Life Science or related disciplines
• Experience in brand marketing, preferably in life sciences/laboratory industry
• Well-organized, good communication and presentation skill
• Excellent command of written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Familiar with digital marketing and traditional marketing tools
• Immediate availability is preferred
