How the ExoQuick® UltraPure EV Isolation Kit Works
ExoQuick® UltraPure uses a dual action mechanism for superior extracellular vesicle enrichment: first, a proprietary precipitation buffer enriches EVs from small sample volumes; then, mixed mode spin columns remove high abundance contaminants like albumin and ensure efficient apoB removal, while intact EVs flow through for immediate downstream use.
- Step 1: Add ExoQuick to 100–250 µL serum/plasma, incubate at 4°C (30 min or overnight).
- Step 2: Spin at 12,000×g for 10 minutes to collect EV‑enriched pellet.
- Step 3: Resuspend EVs and add to pre‑washed ExoQuick UltraPure purification column.
- Step 4: Spin at 1,000×g for 1 minute – pure EVs collected in flow‑through.
