We are proud to share a significant milestone. As the authorized exclusive distributor of Alpha MOS in Hong Kong, Bio-Gene has successfully installed the first complete set of their Electronic Sensory Solutions.

The installed system includes three core instruments:
•    HERACLES NEO 300 – an Electronic Nose for advanced smell analysis
•    ASTREE 16 – an Electronic Tongue for precise taste analysis
•    IRIS – an Electronic Visual Analyzer for objective colour and shape analysis

This integrated Electronic Sensory Solution empowers our customers to elevate their sensory analysis capabilities. By combining HERACLES, ASTREE, and IRIS, the system delivers more accurate, reliable, and efficient sensory evaluations across a wide range of applications. This marks a major step forward in moving sensory analysis from subjective human tasting to objective, data driven technology.
