Proven Protocol Highlights

Results
- Detectable and quantifiable RNA was successfully recovered from as few as 100-500 cells cultured in a 3D environment.
- At practical seeding densities of 2,000-10,000 cells, RNA yields ranged from 3-18 ng/µL, providing sufficient material for a wide range of downstream applications, including RT-qPCR, miRNA profiling, and RNA sequencing (RNA-seq).
