Safety and Reliability
Equipped with high‑efficiency HEPA H14 or ULPA U16 filters, Erlab PCR workstations deliver particle‑free environments that meet EN 1822‑1 standards. ULPA U16 filters achieve 99.99995% efficiency for particles larger than 0.1 μm, while HEPA H14 filters provide 99.995% efficiency. An integrated anemometer monitors filter performance and alerts users when replacement is required. To further protect samples, a 254‑nm germicidal UV lamp decontaminates the work area between operations, preventing cross‑contamination. Optional molecular filters can also be added to capture VOCs present in laboratory air.
